Now, I realize how much this plan depends on one major factor: MrC’s client. Today, MrC met with his big client who will be our first customer in order to discuss with them our plans of providing outsourcing from the Philippines. They told him that they are thinking of outsourcing but what they are not sure about is if they will choose MrC’s company. This made me ponder a bit the whole evening. What if they decide not to continue availing MrC’s services? The whole plan then disintegrates. Would the whole trip be cancelled and instead I will just spend my 4 week vacation practicing my driving here in Holland and attempting to pass the test and the language tests?
Today, I also received a letter from my company showing I had received a hefty amount of raise for my monthly salary. And to add to it, many interesting developments and projects are happening also at work. Hmm.. This makes me all confused again.
MrC said that for the next few days he and his business partner will start working closely with the client on their office and in a few days they will find out for sure if they can lay out an agreement that will determine whether or not this trip will proceed or else MrC and I will have to regroup totally.
