I’ve spent years in the trenches of marketing and sales — running a brick-and-mortar business, leading a digital marketing agency, and working with franchises, consultants, and service businesses.

Like everyone else, I tried “do more”: more content, more platforms, more tactics. It was exhausting… and didn’t produce steady leads.

What finally worked was reverse-engineering the result I wanted. I started with the outcome — booked calls and clients each week — then stripped everything back to the minimum steps to make that happen: one clear offer, one simple way to get traffic, one straightforward follow-up. That simple, test-and-tweak system has created real lead-gen wins for my clients and students, and it’s exactly what I teach inside my toolkits, mini-workshops, and audits.

Outside of work, I’m a wife, mom, long-time martial artist, and pet mom to a sweet-natured dog and three curious cats. You’ll find me by the water, on a run, at the gym, or tackling things like Tough Mudder. All of that has taught me what I bring to my clients: I like challenges, I do the reps, and I care more about what works than what looks fancy.
