This letter has been sitting in my mailbox for a week. At first I thought it was nothing important but actually it was THE BALLOT. It is my absentee ballot for the upcoming General Elections. It is also my first time to vote! I am very excited and thrilled to be able to participate in this upcoming Presidential Elections. This is only my second time to vote in my whole life, my first time was in the Philippines back in the early 90’s. I know shame on me for missing out on many elections.
At first I thought my registration was late so I missed my chance but here it is, my chance to get my voice heard. I need to get these mailed to the Country Board of Elections as soon as possible. They said that unless the ballot is received by the County Board of Elections before closing of Polls on Election Day, it cannot be counted.
I am doing my research today and hopefully I will mail it by tomorrow or Saturday.

If you need a broad overview of the polls I’m using a widget that uses poll data from various pollsters.
It gives a great overview and it is updated as the polls come in!

… and its easy to put on your blog and fits in your sidebar!
Make a difference, keep on voting!
